Promoting Leave No Trace Principles emphasizing responsible outdoor behavior ensuring the preservation and protection of wilderness areas, parks, and other natural spaces especially along the 89A corridor.

The seven core Leave No Trace Principles include:

(1) Plan ahead and prepare,

(2) Travel and camp on durable surfaces,

(3) Dispose of waste properly,

(4) Leave what you find,

(5) Minimize campfire impact,

(6) Respect wildlife, and

(7) Be considerate of other visitors.

By adhering to these principles, individuals and groups can enjoy the beauty of nature while minimizing their ecological footprint and contributing to the long-term sustainability of our natural world.
